Business Hours
Our normal business hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST Monday through Friday.
We will do our best to respond to inquiries within 48 hours.
Payment
Payments are submitted through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account and can either pay via any major credit cards or by PayPal account.
To pay by credit card, choose "Proceed to PayPal" during checkout. The next screen will present you with the option to "Pay with Debit or Credit Card". Note that if you have a PayPal account, it will recognize your email and direct you to use that account; if you want to bypass your PayPal account, you may have to try another email address that is not associated with the account. If you have any difficulties proceeding, please feel free to contact us.
Shipping
Orders will normally be shipped within 2-4 business days. If there is to be a delay for any reason, we will contact you. If Lisa & Marilyn are travelling for teaching or trunk shows and we are unable to fill orders for a certain length of time, a notice will be displayed on the website header.
There is no shipping charge for PDF patterns since they are delivered via email with a link.
If you are an international customer, please consider purchasing a downloadable PDF pattern if available.
International Orders
We accept online orders from the U.S. and Canada for all our products.
For international orders, only PDF pattern purchases are available via our online shopping cart.
To order paper patterns, books, etc. please email us your order request. We will calculate actual shipping costs and email you an invoice.
Returns
Twister Sisters has a no return policy unless an item was sent in error or was damaged upon arrival. If there are any problems with your order, please contact us immediately.

PDF Patterns
A PDF pattern is a pattern file that you can download instantly to your computer. You need Adobe Reader or another PDF reader on your computer. Once your payment has been processed through PayPal, you will receive a link to download the pattern file.
Each PDF pattern is identical to the pattern patterns including fabric requirements and instructions with diagrams. If you don’t want to print the pattern, you can simply view it online and read the instructions on your computer or tablet.
Can't find the PDF link? It is sent in an email, but if you didn't see the email come through after purchase, be sure to check your JUNK or SPAM email folder.
Copyright
Thank you for purchasing Twister Sisters patterns and respecting our copyright. All of our patterns are original designs created by Marilyn Foreman and Lisa Amundson.
You may make a copy of the patterns you purchased for personal use only if you don’t want to mark up your original while working on your project, but please do not make copies for friends or anyone else. Each individual must purchase their own pattern to honor copyright law and ensure that designers receive compensation for their hard work. If you are teaching a class using a pattern from Twister Sisters, each participant must purchase their own pattern. Do not make copies of the patterns for the students.
We are very pleased and honored when individuals, groups, guilds, or shops choose to make a quilt based on our designs for raffles, charity quilts, or quilt exhibitions. Please email us a request so we can reply to you or your group and properly document our permission for you. Please be sure to include information on the quilt crediting Twister Sisters for the pattern. Mass production of products based on patterns from Twister Sisters is not permitted.
